The photographs in the Horizons series date from 2000, and the work is ongoing. The images are of the California coastline,
ranging from Venice Beach to the south, and north to Bolinas. The horizon changes day to day, even hour by hour, taking into
consideration the atmospheric conditions, time of year, time of day, and latitude where one is standing. At times it disappears
entirely, other times it is a clearly etched line. It is constant, yet always changing.
Each image is printed in an edition of 250.
